Top results for AES licensed and approved stallions in Mechelen during the ‘breeding day’ on Friday. As a climax Dayro Arroyave and Eldorado vh Vijverhof (Thunder vd Zuuthoeve) won the Open Stallion class 1.45m. The full brother of Berlin (Cassini) earlier on the day won the class for four-year-old stallions at Jumping Mechelen. Caspar II was ridden by Bob Janssens and is a fully AES approved stallion born at Yeguada Campos in Spain. Third place went to Joy vh Zorgvliet (For Joy vh Zorgvliet). In the division for five-year-olds Jerome Guery (Curby du Seigneur) left Wout Neven and Calvaro M Z (Calvaro Z) behind. Calvaro M Z is a licensed stallion born with the Moors family from Belgium, but currently owned by Rik Martens. Danny Van Es and Cantchelara du B&A (Chagall) were much faster, but knocked down one fence. Also Cantchelara is a AES licensed stallion, which means that just like in the four-year-old stallions class, two out of the top three are AES licensed. Also the rest of the top five Woutland’s Imagine (Darco) and Indoctro-K vh Kattenheye are AES Licensed stallions. Also in the six-year-old competition second and third place went to AES stallions. Dirk Demeersman won on Baltik Sitte in front of our two contenders Hercules by Immofluisteraar (Larino) under Christof Deraedt and Boyfriend du Seigneur (Calvaro Z) under the saddle of Jerome Guery.
